Interdisciplinar researches and experimentations about the relation between design and computer science.
ABSTRACT. The text reports the aims, the methodological structure and the results obtained with this interdisciplinary research that the Dipartimento di Programmazione, progettazione e produzione edilizia of the Politecnico of Milan has been developing for many years. The goal of this research is to identify the opportunities of using the computer science in the creative stage of projects. In order to study in detail these subjects we can go along two ways : the theoretical one in which we try to achieve an explanation about the heuristic processes with the assistance of various experts and in the meantime to obtain a better comprehension of the relation existing between cognitive and computer science.
